YOUR ROLE
As our eCommerce & Marketing Manager, your #1 priority is maximising conversion and commercial performance of our online store. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, product, and marketing teams to create a seamless, high-performing user experience from landing page to checkout. You will also take ownership of our acquisition channels, ensuring quality traffic that converts.
CONVERSION – YOUR MAIN FOCUS
* Own the commercial performance of sanvt.com: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, return rates
* Use data-driven insights to optimise the entire user journey with a relentless focus on increasing conversion
* Identify UX, UI, and technical barriers to purchase—and work with external developers to solve them
* Improve the customer journey through CRO tactics: AB testing, cart optimization, post-purchase flow
* Collaborate on product positioning, copywriting, and visual merchandising to drive add-to-cart rates
* Strategically reduce returns and refunds to enhance net revenue and reduce our carbon footprint
* Lead the development and execution of our CRM & email strategy (Klaviyo): segmentation, automation, lifecycle campaigns
* Introduce automations to streamline marketing operations and boost retention
TRAFFIC – SMART ACQUISITION
* Build and execute an efficient customer acquisition strategy focused on qualified traffic
* Own and optimise performance across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (Google Ads), SEO
* Align acquisition campaigns with brand and product strategy
* Monitor CAC and ROAS to ensure sustainable, profitable growth
* Explore and test new channels to unlock traffic potential
ANALYTICS & STRATEGY
* Provide monthly reporting: revenue, traffic, conversion, return rates, LTV
* Support the Buying team with sell-through, stock, and demand forecasts
* Collaborate on product development using data and market feedback
* Contribute to our international expansion strategy
* Support our mission to reduce environmental impact
YOUR PROFILE – MUST HAVES
* 2–5 years experience in eCommerce, performance marketing, or growth roles
* Proven success in growing D2C brands and optimising digital stores (Shopify preferred)
* Strong analytical mindset with data-first decision making
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo
* Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, full-funnel marketing, and customer journeys
* Proactive, structured, entrepreneurial attitude
* Passion for fashion, design, and sustainability
NICE TO HAVES
* Experience with marketplaces or wholesale – especially in the DACH region
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing as a growth channel
* Professional-level German
