About the role: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Global Marketing team from our Barcelona office. In this role, youll play a crucial part in engaging our existing audience and attracting new customers to Hays. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will: Develop and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media and email. Craft compelling copy for email caigns, landing pages, social media posts, assets, and other marketing materials. Oversee social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with followers. You will also report on the performance of social media accounts and caigns. Drive lead generation on social media organically and through paid caigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and support our client facing employees. Work closely with other departments such as content, CRM, design, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. What youll need to succeed: To be a native level English speaker with 3+ years working in digital marketing. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content in English for various digital platforms. Proven experience in writing for both B2B and B2C audiences is highly valued. Social media management: Proficiency in managing and growing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and engagement. Performance marketing: Experience with paid LinkedIn and YouTube caigns is highly valued. If no prior experience, a strong aptitude for learning and understanding basic principles is required. SEO: Experience in writing for search and a solid understanding of best SEO practices, including keyword research. Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and caigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Communication skills: As well as being a native level English speaker, youll need excellent written and spoken communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS) would be a bonus.
