Description: Ferrovial Construcción is looking to hire a Telecommunications and Security Installations Manager for a Data Processing Center (CPD) in Madrid.
Supporting the Integration Lead, the main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and organize all necessary activities for the proper execution of work to meet deadlines or improve them.
2. Management and coordination of collaborating companies. Economic control of the work performed by subcontractors.
3. Management and control of documentation: Technical Submittal of product, Shop Drawings (assembly plans), RAMs (risk evaluation and execution methods), execution of Bench Mark (samples).
4. Management of Bill of Materials (BoM) and elements supplied by the client.
5. Control of all safety measures of the companies under their charge, and compliance with the safety plan.
6. Coordinate the commissioning of installations. Certification of the installation.
Requirements:
1. Education: Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering.
2. Experience with Structured Cabling Networks, copper and fiber, active electronics, servers, etc.
3. Experience with Physical Security Installations: CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Prevention.
4. Valuable knowledge of Audiovisual installations and Radio over IP.
5. Valuable knowledge of power electricity.
6. Experience in project execution and subcontractor management.
7. High level of English (communication with the client and subcontractors entirely in English).
