The IA developer is a team member who must have strong foundations in computer science. They should be familiar with various supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision. Deep expertise in machine learning techniques that create novel content like images, text, audio, and video is essential.
The candidate must stay up-to-date on the latest research and tools for controlling and evaluating the quality, coherence, and veracity of generated content. You should understand techniques to bias AI output and modulate attributes in a fine-grained manner.
Key accountabilities:
* Pocs development with innovative use cases.
* Research on emerging technologies.
* Ideation sessions to search for use cases.
* Analyze new demand and build innovative solutions.
* Identify and propose the best solution for a given problem, evaluating alternatives in an innovative manner.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in machine learning techniques, including deep learning (neural networks), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
* Proficient in using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.
* Technology background in the following languages: Python, R.
* Experience in the development of Advanced and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions.
* Knowledge of Generative AI and its applicability using embeddings, agents, RAG, and other related technologies.
* Experience with Big Data technologies and expertise in managing structured and unstructured data, including data processing, storage, and analysis solutions applied to artificial intelligence.
* Knowledge of ensuring compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and legal regulations related to AI.
* Knowledge of Cloud technologies: AWS, GCP, and Azure.
* Knowledge of React is a plus.
