Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and distributing high quality monthly reporting for senior stakeholders
2. Performing variance analysis and commentary for Group Support functions
3. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ultimately be seen as 'trusted' go-to finance contact for those within their remit
4. Work in collaboration with regional colleagues to understand and consolidate spend on a Global level to aid the preparation of presentation for heads of function.
5. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with budget holders to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions
6. Display a full understanding of the P&L for the relevant areas of the business
7. Perform month-end close process for relevant areas
8. Producing ad-hoc analysis and insights e.g., for reporting packs and other management information to aid their respective stakeholders in running their areas
9. Support the team to ensure capture of costs in line with the relevant accounting principles and finance policies
10. Ensuring strong processes between the functions and the respective SSC / transactional finance teams
11. Other ad-hoc internal and external reporting as required by their businesses
12. Support any internal or external audit activity as required
