The purpose of the Account Manager is to contribute to the business growth in the areas of Cloud and Data Center, profitability and market penetration by:
1. Finding new business opportunities.
2. Implementing sales strategies and partnerships.
3. Preparing proposals to customers.
4. Conducting in-depth account penetration.
5. Selling and promoting a full range of servers and storage solutions.
6. Having a high level of knowledge about the Spanish market.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Collect the relevant market information.
2. CxO level relationship.
3. Design work plans and partnerships.
4. Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales leads and analyze clients’ needs.
5. Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects.
6. Organize and execute PR activities, such as communication conferences with clients.
Tender:
1. Evaluate company capabilities that meet client needs.
2. Lead tender proposal and relevant document preparation based on the clients’ request for proposal (RFP).
3. Determine project scope together with technical and business departments based on an understanding of client requirements, and submit the tender proposal to clients.
4. Visit clients periodically to capture clients’ updated requirements and allocate appropriate internal resources to revise project documents.
5. Participate in contract negotiation.
SKILLS:
1. English language is a must.
