OKR HR PROCESS MANAGER (m / w / d)
Your tasks
* Overall, the OKR Process Manager will provide support to Voith Paper P&S in Europe to ensure that the OKRs (Objective Key Results) are used as an effective tool for strategic alignment and target achievement.
* Successful introduction, implementation and optimization of the OKR process at Voith Paper P&S in Europe, focusing on providing training formats for our colleagues and teams, full support of the OKR cycle and support in the implementation of the corporate strategy based on OKRs.
* Work with teams and leaders to support them in defining challenging, measurable and time-bound OKRs.
* Local HR Systems management, control & reporting (Zucchetti & HR1 / Pep).
* Support on employees onboarding / exit processes.
* HR projects support.
* HR related admin tasks.
Your profile
* Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or social sciences.
* Experienced with standardized project management methods, agile instruments, and comparable approaches.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.
* A high level of communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders.
* Distinct analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension as well as a business-trained mindset and comprehensive understanding of complex issues.
