Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business targets at the store level through seamless daily operations.
Major Deliverables
* Improves store personnel’s product knowledge by providing training to existing and newly-hired amusement staff to provide them with extensive knowledge.
* Checks schedule and performance of the team.
* Keeps track of store performance.
* Conducts sales analysis to increase sales, and recommends marketing strategies to further improve the performance of the store based on his analysis with competitors.
* Must promote and set an example of excellent customer service at all times.
* Ensures proper coordination between stores and head office support units to address operational concerns.
* Responsible for the overall profitability of the store.
* Responsible for timely submission of sales and plantilla reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
