CLINICAL SPECIALIST’S & KAM

Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to sell the Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. In addition, the Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will be the clinical expert within the Vascular team.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
1. Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other possible devices related to them.
2. Responsible for providing service to clinical.
3. Case planning support.
4. Be present in the OR and help the staff achieve successful outcomes using vascular devices.
5. Daily contact with clients.
6. Execution of product roll-outs.
7. Present new technologies.
8. Uncover opportunities within the account.
9. Provide technical product training to both clinical customers and team on the use of the medical devices.
10. Provide Regional Business Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and the Account Specialists with information on developments and trends within the product.
11. Provide market intelligence and other appropriate feedback to the division personnel in a timely manner.
12. Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information to the Sales Manager and facilitating ongoing processes.
13. Assure that all new or updated product information is distributed to and understood by the customers.
14. Participation at relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, forwarding relevant information to divisional personnel.
15. Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.

3. In close collaboration with the Account Specialist, meet or exceed account or area objectives and targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
1. Relevant experience in clinical support.
2. Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures.
3. Ability to interpret clinical data.
4. Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High level of self-motivation.
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
7. Proven problem-solving abilities.
8. Excellent organisational skills.
9. Excellent networking abilities.
10. Excellent numerical skills.
11. Current driving license.
12. Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business. Average weekly travel is 3 to 4 overnights.
13. Languages Required: English, Spanish.
