Responsibilities:
1. Manage effectively, cost-efficiently, and profitably the daily commercial operation of promoting the company's products in Spain, particularly refractory products and solutions.
2. Implement the commercial and technical business of the company in accordance with the agreed strategy and annual budget.
3. Handle the sales and delivery planning and control of stocks in Spain.
4. Conduct regular customer visits for commercial and technical targets to existing and prospective customers in the territory.
5. Drive profitability via price and volume increases.
6. Manage credit exposure to secure no bad debt, following the company Standard Payment term and reducing credit time when possible, while assisting Credit Management in chasing missing payments.
7. Work in compliance with quality standards and ensure that subordinates work accordingly.
8. Adapt and use IT tools as an integrated part of daily activity.
9. Report to the Southern Europe Sales Manager on commercial matters.
10. Comply with the company’s Procedures and Quality Manual.
