We are seeking International Talent Acquisition Freelancers (remote work) to join our recruitment teams and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates. Are you a high achiever? Key Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs
o Advertise job openings on various international platforms
o Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks)
o Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications
o Organize and conduct initial interviews
o Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
o Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client
Requirements:
o 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing
o Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives)
o Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
o Experience recruiting for the European market
o Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)
o Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)
