Description
We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our office in Santomera, Murcia.
Main responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the KAMs (Key Account Managers) team to achieve sales and profitability targets through the ASMs (Area Sales Managers).
2. Conduct meetings with the different KAMs and ASMs in the area to maximise sales and profitability.
3. Be the transmitter of the UK Sales Director's guidelines to the rest of the team.
4. Increase sales and business opportunities.
5. Analyse sales by criteria (customer, years, products, areas, order types, etc) and propose actions/solutions.
6. Prepare reports proposing improvements to the sales team in the different markets and countries.
7. Calculate and monitor margins and results for each product, family, distribution channel, business unit.
8. Ensure synchronisation with the Marketing and Sales department to evaluate and propose commercial actions.
9. Develop proposals to improve Controlling processes and tools.
Requirements:
1. British nationality
2. University degree in Business Administration or similar.
3. Minimum experience of 3 years in sales and performing similar functions.
4. Knowledge of SAP.
5. Knowledge of advanced Excel.
