We are looking for a Head of Payroll will oversee and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll operations across all Impress countries, while optimizing processes and collaborating with local teams to maintain regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure the accuracy and compliance of payroll across all countries.
* Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, taxes, and social contributions.
* Manage and optimize payroll processes and tools in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
* Coordinate external payroll providers and ensure process standardization.
* Track and analyze payroll-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to local teams and managers on payroll matters.
* Stay up to date with regulatory changes and anticipate legal developments impacting payroll in each country.
Profile :
* +5 years of experience in multi-country payroll management.
* Experience in team management.
* Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, ideally across multiple European countries.
* Ability to manage external providers and optimize internal processes.
* Proficiency in payroll and HR management tools.
* Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English & Spanish is required.
