Sales Lead – Build and Scale a High-Impact B2B Sales Team in the USI’m currently working with a fast-growing tech company (€12M+ last year) that has revolutionized how employers connect with candidates through a powerful, user-friendly software solution.After great success in the B2C market, they are now expanding into B2B sales, with a strong focus on growing their presence in the US market, where they see the biggest opportunity for expansion. While they already have a footprint in the UK and Spain, their primary goal is to establish a strong sales operation in the US first, before further scaling in these other markets.To drive this, they are looking for a Sales Lead to establish and scale corporate sales operations from scratch.What You’ll Do:✔ Lead the B2B expansion in the US – Start as an Account Executive, securing corporate clients and proving traction.✔ Build and shape your own sales team – Take ownership of hiring and structuring an initial team of 3-4 Account Executives (AEs) and potentially SDRs, adapting it as the business grows.✔ Develop and refine sales processes – Define lead generation strategies, set up CRMs and tooling, and implement a structured, scalable approach.✔ Own business KPIs and drive expansion – Ensure sustainable growth in the US before further strengthening sales efforts in the UK and Spain.Who They’re Looking For: Experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales of digital platforms, SaaS, or HR/recruitment solutions. Process-oriented & data-driven – Able to define and implement sales strategies from scratch.
