Position: Customer Care Specialist (French)

We are looking for experienced French-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a top-rated BPO with outstanding employee satisfaction. In this role, you will provide support to customers of a leading financial services company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Utilize internal and external resources to offer top-notch service.
* Identify and escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
* Route calls to the correct departments and document all customer interactions according to standard procedures.
* Identify and communicate emerging trends and patterns in customer issues.
* Maintain adherence to quality guidelines, KPIs, and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent in French, both verbal and written.
* Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools.
* Background in Customer Support or technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to process and information changes.
* Proficient in external systems and PC-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
