MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
* Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
* Deeply understand clients needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country.
* In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
* Other work assigned by BU leaders.
Key Result Areas and Characteristics:
* College degree or above.
* Proficient in both local and English language communication.
* Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
* 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
* Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
* Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
