Position: Account Executive
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee the entire sales process, from sales-qualified and marketing-qualified leads to closing, leveraging appropriate resources for each stage
* Implement established processes and analyze data to make data-driven decisions, developing creative solutions that drive measurable outcomes
* Manage time effectively, staying organized to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
* Act as a product and service advocate for clients, promoting awareness and interest in the clients value proposition
* Clearly communicate technical and business value propositions to potential clients
* Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects by being knowledgeable, proactive, and relevant in all interactions
* Stay informed about the competitive landscape and develop strategies to outperform competitors
* Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
* Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and clients to identify effective strategies and processes for reaching revenue objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales, recruitment, or building business partnerships
* Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* Experience with online brokers, online marketplaces, IT services, or the SaaS industry is a plus
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to research and identify potential new customers efficiently
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to juggle multiple communications and follow-ups effectively
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving results
* Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
