Viajes Olympia Mediterráneo is a well-established company with over five decades in the tourism industry, specialising in destination management (DMC) across Spain’s top coastal regions.
Tareas
In coordination with the direct supervisor:
* Daily review of sales by hotel and client for the designated channel.
* Daily sales analysis.
* Price analysis versus competitors across assigned channels.
* Margin control and profitability analysis.
* Monitoring sales performance against the established budget.
* Sales forecasting and deviation control versus budget.
* Tracking and managing automated positioning rules within the system.
* Verification of availability, sales closures, minimum stay requirements, blacklists, excluded channels and markets, public rates, cancellation policies, room types—identifying and resolving any factors that may reduce market competitiveness.
* Product mapping with agencies, clients, and the Viajes Olympia product team.
* Developing and maintaining strategic client relationships.
* Monitoring preferential agreements in coordination with the contracting team in each sales region.
* Management of the retail sales platform and relationship with retail management groups.
Commercial Responsibilities:
* Attendance at national and international trade fairs, as well as visits to retail agencies and hotels.
* Product inspection visits with existing and/or potential clients.
Requisitos
* Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
* Proven leadership and team management abilities.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing B2B and/or B2C channels.
* Experience in developing and optimizing commercial and sales strategies.
