How will you do it?Open Gateway has an area called “Go To Developers”. On this area there are two organizations: “Devrel Team” and “University and scholarship team”. You will be at “Devrel Team”. Your manager will be Laura, and you will have 1:1 meetings frequently.We organize with a Kanban. Every week we have a meeting to manage what tasks we will accomplish.Your day-to-day will involve opening the Kanban, checking what you are doing: a demo, documentation, an action on the developer hub, and supporting other areas to accomplish tasks. You will have support from the devrel team, product team, engineering team, and marketing team. Design and videos are handled by the marketing team.When will you work?This job offer is for 5 hours with flexible hours. We take the work-life balance seriously. We focus on delivering results and trust how you organize yourself. As a policy, meetings are from 10 am to 5 pm, and we avoid meetings on Fridays. We normally go to the office on Thursdays when we have the Open Gateway meeting. Open Gateway Telefonica is located around Spain, with teams based in Barcelona, Granada, Bilbao, etc. The Devrel team is based in Madrid. Full remote work will be considered.What will you do?Propose updates and needs for engaging developers with the tools that we have: devhub, sandbox, and devportal.Create developer-facing documentation, programming demos, training materials, videos, reels, and presentations for Open Gateway’s APIs to foster the growth of our developer community. This content will be published on our website: developer hub and social networks.Motivate and help internal or external developers to create content about Open Gateway.Perform presentations at tech events about Open Gateway.Attend tech events to meet communities and generate leads for Go To Market.Create alliances with companies and communities to generate awareness.Align with other departments by creating good relationships, offering help, feedback, collaborations, etc.Participate in the devrel strategy that we are building.What are we looking for?You love programming and teaching.You are fluent in reading and writing languages like Python, Node.Js, or React.You are fluent in English, both reading, writing, and speaking.You enjoy talking with people and meeting new individuals.You are expected to have strong problem-solving skills and creativity.You love being a team player and have good communication skills.
