A Territory Manager is responsible for securing new business and managing a sales area independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices. This position contacts and consults with a variety of clients in a mixture of clinical settings. In addition to direct sales responsibilities for a given territory, the Territory Manager provides training, ongoing product service and support, and assistance in the reimbursement process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products.
2. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as well as performance-based objectives.
3. Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory in a professional and ethical manner.
4. Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
5. Ensure responsible and appropriate use of budgeted expenses by adhering to Kestra policies and procedures.
6. Attend key exhibits and conventions, as required.
7. Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team.
8. Provide key feedback and information in a timely manner to appropriate internal stakeholders.
9. Work closely with leadership across the Sales and Marketing Teams to successfully implement market strategies.
10. Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.
11. Build long-term partnerships from sales calls.
12. Manage pipeline of customers.
13. Proactively maintain positive client relationships.
14. Respond to client issues and complaints.
15. Maintain records and sales data.
16. Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 3 years of documented successful sales experience in the medical space.
2. Experience with Challenger Sale, SPIN, or like sales model.
3. Demonstrated strong business acumen.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Valid driver's license in state of residence with a good driving record.
6. Ability to consistently work remotely.
7. Must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry including, but not limited to:
* Documentation of vaccination and immunization status.
* Pass background check.
* Pass drug screening testing.
* Review and agree to hospital policies and procedures.
* Completion of online courses, i.e., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management devices or calling on interventional cardiology.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.
3. Experience selling to Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology practices.
4. Experience within the Cardiac or other Medical Device industry.
5. Knowledge of MS Office.
6. Experience with MS Teams.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
1. Fast-paced field role.
2. Noise volume typical of being in the field or clinical setting.
3. Extended hours when needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage.

Compensation: An annual salary of $100,000, in addition to a bonus and uncapped commission, commensurate with experience and location.
