Responsibilities:- Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, be responsible of retail strategy execution;- Work with the local distributor and retail partners to design and implement the joint marketing campaigns, carry out effective promotions to increase sell out;- Develop new Mi store and Mi zone to enhance Xiaomi offline brand image and in-store visibility;- Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purch;Requirements:- University graduate in Marketing or business management;- Proved working experience in retail marketing of mobile phone with extensive;understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance;- Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improving brand market share;- Innovative, well understand consumer interactive experience in different events;- Good at communication skills.
