WHAT YOU WILL DO: Assist with successful recruitment and onboarding of high-caliber and diverse talent in Iberia Promote Oliver Wyman’s Employee Value Proposition to Candidates Ensure the day-to-day operations of Campus recruiting Work in a small local team in continuous contact with the European colleagues You will work 30 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Process Support Campus recruiting in all aspects of the recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer process Draft washouts and offer approvals Liaise with other HC, Partners, Managers and Executive Assistants on onboarding and interview scheduling Update information on our Applicant Tracking System Recruitment Marketing/Communications Manage communications with candidates promptly, answering emails, and requests Support with Corporate Company Presentations: preparing different materials for our recruiting events Project Coordination Coordinate interviews including scheduling interviewer time, managing room booking, ordering catering, printing and collating interviewer packs, collecting receipts and travel reimbursement request forms from candidates Support on Event Management on Campuses or virtually Collaborate with European Recruiting teams with different international projects based on business needs WHY JOIN US: Visit an Oliver Wyman office anywhere in the world and you will feel it: the buzz of people doing work that matters, with a sense of purpose.
