Main responsibilities
* Editorial Strategy:
Set and maintain the content direction for all digital platforms, focusing on turning users into potential customers.
* Content Creation:
Manage content production for Spain and Portugal, update website sections, and create content for the Italian market.
* Teamwork & Coordination:
Collaborate with the CRM team, Sales Director (Iberia & Italy), and the Purchasing team to drive content marketing projects.
* Tracking Success:
Define and monitor key metrics to measure content performance and reach.
* Leading the Team:
Support and guide team members, making sure their work aligns with company goals.
Core skills/experience
* Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
* Experience:
At least 3 years in content management, editorial leadership, and digital marketing.
* Writing & SEO Skills:
Strong writing abilities with knowledge of web content best practices, SEO strategies, and information architecture.
* Analytics Knowledge:
Experience with marketing analysis and familiarity with traffic and analytics tools.
* Language Skills:
Native Italian speaker with a high level of written and spoken Spanish. Fluent in English for effective international communication.
