As a Customer Support Advisor your objective will be to support our B2B customers through chats, calls, and emails ensuring satisfaction in every interaction, addressing their requests and resolving their queries within the established deadlines. You will also keep records of customer interactions, queries, and concerns through our CRM (Salesforce) and track open conversations to closure.
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:
1. This is a hybrid position; we are proud to be a globally distributed team and have the possibility to work remotely but we also like to share and see our colleagues in the Granada office.
2. Experience in customer support, service (high volume), or similar roles.
3. You are customer-oriented, can understand the problem, and find an appropriate and quick solution.
4. You are organized and responsible, enabling you to meet established response times.
5. Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.
6. Familiarity with metrics and customer service tools such as Salesforce and Zowie.
7. At a minimum, we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
