Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the issuance of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting requirements and verifying that the invoice has been correctly received by the client.Coordinate and process intercompany billing in accordance with group agreements and policies.Manage intercompany contracts with different group companies.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and country-specific requirements for intercompany operations.Verify and reconcile financial data related to billing to prevent discrepancies.Keep billing records updated in our CRM.Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing issues.Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and billing information.Identify opportunities for improvement in billing processes.Provide support to other areas of the department.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent studies.Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing.Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations applicable to invoicing.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with IT applications.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.Teamwork skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Advanced English (Minimum C1).What do We offerPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
