What will you do?
El MICE Sales Executive será responsable de la rentabilidad de los hoteles en periodos de tiempo determinados (Ej. Quincenas de mes) y se valorará su trabajo (y su bonus) en función de la rentabilidad de dichos periodos. Se valorará la tarifa a la que ha vendido las salas y las habitaciones, su ocupación, etc. Los resultados se compararán con periodos comparables del año anterior y con el presupuesto.
Funciones principales:
1. Cotizaciones: cada petición de grupo se cotizará y se responderá al cliente a través del sistema de reservas de grupos Sales & Catering de Opera. En ningún caso se enviarán cotizaciones que no se hayan registrado en el sistema.
2. Seguimiento de las cotizaciones: si a los 2 días de enviar la cotización no hemos recibido respuesta, se contactará con el cliente confirmando la recepción del primer e-mail y el estado del grupo. Si fuera necesario, se seguirá posteriormente contactando con el cliente con el fin de conseguir el grupo.
3. Firma de contratos y pagos de los grupos correspondientes confirmados.
4. Visitas de inspección: si el cliente lo solicita, se coordinará con el hotel una visita de inspección.
5. Bloqueo de espacios: en caso de que el cliente lo solicite, se bloquearán los espacios en los diferentes sistemas (habitaciones y salas) marcando una fecha de opción.
6. Negociación de las posibles modificaciones que solicite el cliente optimizando la disponibilidad de salas y habitaciones en todo momento.
7. Actualización de los sistemas: se mantendrán actualizados los sistemas de reservas (habitaciones y salas) en todo momento a medida que se vayan realizando modificaciones a la petición inicial.
8. Cancelaciones: si el grupo se cancela o el cliente desestima nuestra propuesta, se intentará averiguar los motivos y se registrarán en el sistema.
9. Traspaso de expedientes: una vez tengamos el contrato firmado y recibido el primer depósito, se traspasará el expediente al Project Coordinator del departamento correspondiente.
What are we looking for?
* Formación: Grado en Turismo o similar, Posgrado en Escuela de Comercio.
* Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en departamentos de eventos/MICE.
* Idiomas: imprescindible inglés alto, se valorarán otros idiomas (francés, alemán).
* Imprescindibles conocimientos en: ofimática, sistema Opera.
