We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our travel portal, providing world-class support to our German-speaking customers.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service:
o Answering customer inquiries via phone in German, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
o Assisting customers with booking accommodations on our user-friendly platform.
o Identifying and resolving customer concerns proactively.
o Building strong relationships with customers through personalized and empathetic communication.
o Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
* Effectively diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to bookings and platform usage.
* Identifying and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
Maintaining accurate records:
* Documenting all customer interactions and resolving actions in our CRM system.
* Actively seeking opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
* Fluency in German: Native or near-native fluency in German is essential.
* Excellent English Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required).
