**Retail Management Specialist Role**
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of Retail Management, encompassing POSM design, production, and retail deployment. This role demands a thorough understanding of market insights to ensure effective retail coverage and penetration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor sales orders (SO) to guarantee retailer target achievement.
* Analyze market data to identify opportunities for retail expansion and improve market share.
* Develop and execute retail co-marketing campaigns, including roadshow activities, ROI calculation, and seasonal campaign implementation.
* Manage field forces, encompassing hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Requirements:**
* Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory, with English preferred.
* Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Retail Management and relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry are highly desired.
* Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and ROI calculation, to optimize campaign efficiency.
* Ability to work independently, manage suppliers, and negotiate with retailers.
* Excellent logical thinking, management, coordination, execution, learning, and stress resistance abilities.
