The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Responsibilities
* Assist the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with portfolio companies, and external stakeholders.
* Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries for the CEO.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
* Proactively address and manage unexpected situations, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
* Collaborate with various departments to support projects and initiatives as needed.
* Anticipate administrative needs and address issues before they arise.
* Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
