Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular contact with maintenance personnel to communicate and resolve potential issues.
* Prepare energy-saving studies and plans, collecting information from suppliers.
* Coordinate with other business units to track ongoing energy efficiency projects.
* Develop installation design criteria and homologate products to be installed in hotels.
* Prepare Facility Management plans and follow up on them.
* Develop dashboards and analyze indicators related to the Facility and Maintenance area.
* Coordinate maintenance and renovations at Headquarters, and manage maintenance suppliers.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers.
* Monitor KPIs for various maintenance and energy contracts.
Educational Background:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Specific Skills:
* High level of English proficiency.
* Knowledge of other languages is valued.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of other tools (Autocad, BIM, MS Project, SAP, etc.) is also valued.
* Oriented towards the field of building installations and maintenance.
* Knowledge of energy markets is valued.
Additional Information:
* The position will report functionally to the VP Engineering & Maintenance.
* The workplace will be located at Santa Engracia, 120 in Madrid.
* Travel possibility is required.
