Job description
Little Big Connection is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (Business Developer) to join our dynamic team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outreach calls to potential freelance candidates.
* Source and identify talent suitable for client needs.
* Engage in pre-call preparation to ensure effective communication.
* Execute cold calling strategies to acquire new freelance talent.
* Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and match them with the right talent.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Profile Requirement
You are the ideal candidate if:
* You have some experience or strong interest in recruitment/sourcing.
* You possess excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills.
* You are looking for a team adventure with responsibilities and autonomy.
* In addition to your French language skills, you have a good command of English.
* Experience in IT and working internationally is a plus.
* You hold a degree equivalent to BAC +2/3 (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's), engineering, or university, and you are eager to grow in a scale-up environment.
