Ad Sales Director

The candidate will deal with the key decision makers across the media spectrum (Media Buying Agencies and Advertisers).
We're seeking a candidate with strong team management qualities and demonstrated commercial skills. He will be in charge of a team of two Sales Accounts and will be responsible for growing his team in the short term.
Main Responsibilities
* Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline.
* Establish strong relationships with media buying decision makers at media buying companies and with the main announcers/advertisers of his portfolio.
* Close contracts with existing and new business clients (Media Buying Agencies + announcers).
* Work with internal teams to create opportunities based on client needs and ensure proper execution and delivery of those campaigns.
* Coordinate with international sales team.
* Travel when necessary to meet potential customers – frequent face-to-face interaction with decision makers expected.
* Co-formulate account plans.
Skills & Experience
* 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in digital services related sales (Technology and Data).
* Ability to ensure execution and compliance of plans through negotiation/coordination.
* Ability to instigate, negotiate, and close deals.
* Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and able to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Result-driven attitude and a proven track record.
