The Position
In this role, you will drive data-driven decision-making by generating and disseminating actionable insights from various sources. With a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, patient flow, and customer journey, you will provide Roche with a comprehensive view of emerging opportunities and challenges.
Your Responsibilities
* Release actionable insights related to business issues generated from different sources, including market research, competitive intelligence, digital, medical, promotional activities, and other internal/external company information.
* Identify and communicate trends (issues and opportunities) through analytics, keeping them aligned with current company assets, needs, goals, and strategies.
* Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, positioning, benchmark, and performance of our competitors.
* Analyze the market, patient flow, epidemiology, customer journey, treatment use, and other countries' situations to help the disease area in product strategy.
* Ensure a 360-degree vision of our customers and patients, helping the company drive best decision-making.
* Analyze different sources of information and define segmentation (needs, interests, channels, and behaviors) that helps Roche understand its clients better.
* Help monitor customer experience and engagement in different squads.
* Conduct projects that expand our knowledge of customers and patients.
* Expertise in research methodologies and data sources related to the healthcare system, pharmaceutical marketplace, and stakeholders within these environments.
* Perform complex analyses, translate results into intuitive formats, maximize data asset value, and provide insights adding value to decision-making at strategic, territory/account levels.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Statistics, or related field.
* MBA/Master's preferred.
* High English and Spanish language capacity.
* Based in Madrid (Spain).
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence department, consultant, market research company, or similar functions.
* Added experience in commercial areas (marketing or sales) is valuable.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
