Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR operations, labor law, and payroll management. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance across our EMEA South and LATAM regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
* Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on legal changes and implement necessary adjustments in accordance with Regional & Group HR policies.
* Employee Relations: Address employee issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff in accordance with the Regional HR Specialist.
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding procedures for departing employees in accordance with the Regional HR Specialists.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
* Office Management: Coordinate office management tasks.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR operations (1 to 4 years).
* Knowledge of labor law and payroll.
* Fluency in Spanish and English or French.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
