Core experience :ServiceNow SPM & order managementKey Responsibilities :Drive Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) design & implementation.Act as Product Owner or Business Analyst, depending on experience.Translate high-level processes into epics, features, and user stories in ServiceNow.Define and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring best practices in deployment.Lead process & design workshops with business stakeholders.Advocate for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while meeting business needs.Conduct product & POC demos, gather feedback, and define improvements.Stay updated on new ServiceNow SPM features for future-proof designs.Work closely with technical teams to align configurations with business objectives.Required Skills & Experience :6+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager in ServiceNow.Strong expertise in OM and / or SPM (Product Catalog, Ordering, Portfolio & Strategic Planning, Agile Development).Experience with CSDM, Target Operating Models, and large service management transformations.Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (SAFe preferred).Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
