Amuse Studios is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead of Compo to ensure the seamless visual integration of all elements in a shot, maintaining the highest artistic and technical standards while guiding the compositing team to deliver polished, production-ready visuals that align with the project's creative vision. In this role, you will report to the CG Supervisor of this movie production project.
Missions:
1. Ensure visual cohesion by bringing renders, elements, and lighting to the final image.
2. Produce diverse special effects made in compositing and translate the creative intent into compelling visuals, ensuring that every frame supports the storytelling and aesthetic goals of the project.
3. Automate, through the creation of templates, the creation (Nuke) of the compositing scenes.
4. Master the compositing pipeline and respect delivery deadlines for productions.
5. Lead compositing deliveries.
6. Mentor and supervise our compo team by providing both artistic and technical directions to ensure quality and consistency.
7. Optimize the pipeline through performance improvement proposals and support collaboration with other departments, especially with lighting, VFX, and editorial.
8. Ensure quality control and delivery: Review, approve, and refine shots to meet our quality standards before they are delivered to our client or the next stage of post-production.

5. Eager to learn and willing to work in R&D for new tools.
Qualifications:
1. Deep knowledge of Nuke software.
2. Experience in 3D productions as a Nuke compositing artist.
3. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Contract project (1 year), full-time working shift, M-T 08:00-16:00, F 08:00-14:00.
- Work position based in the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria). Presential model.
- Starting date: November 2025.
