Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with a main focus on Innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner. In this role, you will assist in the planning and management of the implementation of various solutions within the portfolio.
You will be working with a team of other Product Managers and Architects to develop Proof of Concepts and implement & understand what functionality is available 'Out of the Box' and via other sources.
You will be responsible for defining an effective design and proposing an alternative approach to tackling stated business problems, whilst maintaining effective levels of communication with all Business Stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
1. Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues.
2. Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for the Product for what is possible.
3. Agree on timelines and deadlines for development, help define features development prioritization.
4. Help define capabilities direction, own the design, execution, and measure ongoing improvements against short and long-term goals.
5. Effective communication is essential; it involves being clear and setting precise expectations, both in writing and verbally.
6. Design simple solutions for complex workflows including all design deliverables.
Professional Knowledge / Skills
1. Must have 8 years of experience working as a Product Manager.
2. Must have 4 years of Salesforce functional consultant experience.
3. Must have experience in understanding the difference between using Salesforce declarative functionality over coding.
4. Must have a real understanding of Sales Cloud features, opportunity management & Sales Processes.
5. Need to have an in-depth understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionality, ideally holding certifications.
6. Knowledge of CPQ, CLM, Pardot and / or other MarTech solutions.
7. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
8. Outstanding presentation and leadership skills, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. Experience working remotely and asynchronously with team members across different countries and time zones.
10. Be able to manage the complexity of communications depending on the audience, whilst maintaining clarity of communication.
11. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
12. Must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in.
13. Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
14. Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
Desired skills and experience
1. Certifications such as Certified Agile Product Owner, Certified Agile Scrum Master, etc.
2. Experience within a large, global organization would be advantageous.
