Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director, you will lead and guide the master data management organization.
* Define the MDM vision/strategy, transform it into a mid-term roadmap
* Ensure alignment of MDM with business and IT strategy
* Facilitation of aligned and integrated MDM solutions from business and IT perspective
* Implementation and improvement of a Quality Management System
* Align with business projects, identify potential impacts on master data and define measures
Specific Responsibilities
* Drives the master data harmonization (customer, vendors, materials, etc.) and the implementation of the master data strategy
* Decision on project prioritization
* Enforcement on processes & procedures
* Defines authorization levels of decision bodies
* Guides change management activities, ensure regular communication to the organization
* Fosters exchange with IT regarding MDM requirements towards MDM
* Provides input for standards and guidelines
* Decision making regarding new requirements
* Definition of DQM framework and the determination of improvement measures
Requirements and personal skills
* Education: Master Degree (or equivalent).
* Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages will be an asset.
* Experience (years/area): 8+ years working experience, thereof at least 5 years within master data management
* Specific Knowledge: In depth ERP know-how and IT affinity. 3+ years of leadership experience. Strong project management skills.
* Personal skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Assertive and persistent. Strong willingness to take initiative and to carry the corresponding responsibility.
