Job Description Summary :
At Havas Spain, we are looking for a Legal Counsel who would provide legal advice in IP/IT, advertising, commercial matters, and GDPR, as well as draft and negotiate sponsorship contracts and production agreements for audiovisual content. The role would also involve advising on event and festival planning, drafting and negotiating contracts with influencers and celebrities, and reviewing confidentiality agreements for advertisers and media.
Job Description :
Mission & Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice in different fields of law, but mainly advise on IP/IT Media & Entertainment, business affairs and GDPR matters.
* Drafting and negotiating sponsorship contracts.
* Drafting and negotiating production agreements for audiovisual content.
* Legal advice in events and festivals planning.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts with influencers and celebrities.
* Drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements for advertising clients and suppliers.
* Provide legal advice and draft terms and conditions for online promotional actions (draws/contests/raffles).
* Research legal issues around adverting law and regulatory matters.
* Advise on general legal matters related under Spanish law.
Qualifications & Languages
* Being a IP/IT qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Spain.
* Knowledge in Privacy/GDPR matters is a plus.
* Languages: Fluent in English (C1) with a command of legal English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Previous experience & Industry background
* +2 years of professional experience.
Soft skills & Competencies
* Knowledge in Privacy/GDPR matters is a plus.
* Having experience working in-house in a regulated environment, highly desirable.
* Being curious and constantly challenging the status quo and a smart strategist.
* Having a strong commercial approach and great communication skills.
* Being well organized and manage your projects independently.
