Sales Order Processor
In this role, you will be responsible for the order processing activities.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
• Supervise the entry of orders by the team and from web platforms.
• Streamline processes and suggest areas for improvement aimed at improving customer and employee satisfaction and reducing areas of non-quality in processes
• Respond to customer requests by email or phone
• Guarantee compliance with the pricing policy and margins
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
• Inform customers about the availability of equipment and the conditions of sale.
• Manage the monitoring and improvement of internal procedures
• Manage the price and discount schedules
• Manage outstanding authorized credits
• Manage order books in coordination with our customers
• Establish dashboards related to commercial activity
• Ensure the transversal relationship with other internal departments, including customer credit and customer accounts
ABOUT YOU:
1. University degree in Economic or related disciplines
2. 3-5 years in a similar role.
3. Experience of working for an international organization
4. Highly analytical and with a strong level of attention to detail
5. Strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable in interacting at all levels within the organization/functions
6. Spanish and fluent English. Any other languages will be considered a plus!
