JLL as a company is committed to equal opportunities for men and women. We are looking for a Jefe / a de Obra for our Construction team at Tetris. You will be part of the Construction team, participating in the comprehensive management of the project, both in the study phase and execution, reporting to the Project Director, ensuring that the highest quality standards are offered, and collaborating in achieving the Company’s objectives. You will develop the following functions:
* Technical assistance to the commercial team in client relations.
* Technical visits to properties for data collection.
* Collaborate with Design and Studies teams in the development of architecture and installation projects, mainly in the area of interior fit-out for offices and retail.
* Manage the quality of procedures, as well as the quality of materials and finishes on site.
* Manage the necessary resources to achieve the committed objectives in the project.
* Management of subcontracting, cost control, planning, and economic closures with clients and suppliers.
* Manage requests, management, and analysis of offers required from different suppliers, as well as in the analysis of comparisons.
* Prepare necessary documentation throughout the project life: measurements, planning, economic control, minutes, as-built documents, etc.
Do you resemble this? To apply, you need to be / have:
* A university degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or Technical Engineering.
* Knowledge and experience in the construction sector.
* More than 3 years of experience in similar positions in the office/retail/hotel sector.
* Proficiency in Office package tools, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
* A high level of English.
* A proactive, organized person with teamwork capabilities, commitment, and interest in helping to drive the corporate project.
