Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic professional who will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of key sellers in the Home and sports industry composed of the main retailers and distributors in the market already on the platform, including the responsibility of GMV growth, negotiation at the C-level of the strategic plan, the definition of the growth strategy, and execution, and guidance to grow in the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development : Convince relevant retailers and distributors to collaborate with Miravia in a mutually beneficial relationship, ensuring strong sales performance from your portfolio of sellers.
Negotiation : Work closely with key sellers, negotiating pricing advantages and ensuring business goals are met.
Seller Growth : Prioritize growth opportunities based on market demand, product mix, and price advantage.
Market Insight : Understand key distributors in Spain for the Home and Sports industry, and leverage market demand to drive sales with multi-category sellers.
Commodity Operations : Analyze user demand, enhance market supply, and create product promotion plans based on seasonality and lifecycle.
Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring positive feedback loops and satisfaction.
Seller Guidance : Provide ongoing support to key sellers with platform operations, marketing tools, advertising solutions, and more.
Product & Price Negotiation : Negotiate product selection and pricing strategies based on market demand.
New Business Opportunities : Understand and identify new opportunities for collaboration with sellers.
Data Analysis & KPI Delivery : Utilize multi-dimensional data systems to make informed business choices that align with KPIs.
Technical Guidance : Offer expertise on ERP system integration methods, API, middleware, and CMS modules.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 1 year of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in a marketplace, distributor, retailer, or brand managing marketplace business.
Strong experience in seller operations and platform management.
Familiarity with distributors, retailers, brands, and e-commerce platforms.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proven ability to lead horizontal projects and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
