Role Overview ️
We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist. Key Responsibilities
* Full Funnel Strategy: Creating result-driven strategies across the funnel.
* PPC Campaign Management: Setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. Programmatic knowledge is a plus.
* Continuous Optimization: Regularly analyzing performance and adjusting strategies to improve results.
* Audience Targeting: Designing audiences and choosing the right ad formats to ensure success.
* A/B Testing: Running A/B tests to find key variables and continuously improve campaign performance.
* Measurement: Creating and implementing measurement plans, with experience in tools like GTM.
* Data Analysis: Using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and provide detailed reports.
* Budget Management: Efficiently managing ad budgets to optimize ROI.
* Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and PPC.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with other teams to ensure an integrated marketing strategy.
What You Bring
* Proven experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns, ideally in a digital agency.
* Expert-level knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Familiarity with web analytics tools and conversion tracking.
* Great communication skills and a team player.
* Certifications in Google Ads, GTM, GA4, or similar platforms are a plus.
* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and using your analytical skills to drive results.
