We are seeking a third partner to join our new real estate business launching in early 2023. The two existing partners have over 40 years of combined experience in the Spanish property market, and we will be opening our new "one stop property shop" in Benidorm in February.
We are looking for a real estate professional with extensive knowledge of the local property market to join us as our General Manager. This role involves overseeing the many and varied activities of the company. Good communication skills are essential, as well as a self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial flair in line with the objectives of this new company.
We offer an excellent remuneration package. Our preference is for the successful candidate to also become a shareholder in the company through a small investment. This is not due to a need for cash, but rather to indicate commitment to our venture rather than seeking a short-term position. (Discussion on this point will occur at the interview.)
The company will primarily focus on property sales and rentals in the Benidorm area initially, with plans to expand into other locations and introduce additional products in the near future. The company operates differently from most other real estate businesses, and we will discuss some of our strategies during interviews with suitable candidates.
The ideal candidate should possess most of the following:
1. Own car (essential)
2. Knowledge of the Benidorm area
3. Excellent English language skills, if not a native speaker
4. Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus, as well as any other languages
5. Good communication skills with staff and customers
6. Reliability, discipline, and punctuality
7. Ambition to grow with the company and earn an excellent income
8. Availability to start work no later than 1st February
9. Pleasant personality with a confident disposition
