Key Responsibilities
* Budget Development & Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
* Financial Oversight: Oversee cost control measures and evaluate financial performance throughout project lifecycles.
* Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
* Risk Analysis & Cost Optimization: Identify financial risks and implement cost optimization strategies.
* Reporting & Feasibility Analysis: Prepare detailed feasibility reports and conduct regular economic performance evaluations.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in budgeting and cost management tools.
* Experience in international projects and infrastructure.
* Solid understanding of contract law and the ability to assess contract documents and requirements.
* Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel to Germany.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels (management, clients, vendors, etc.).
* Eligibility to work in the European Union.
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous experience in construction operations.
* Familiarity with BIM and planning software.
* Background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Water & Wastewater, Nuclear, or Renewables.
