We need a young talent IT operations intern support in the following functions:
* Provide 1st Level systems support, maintenance and administration within the organization’s computing environment. Performs onsite and remote analysis, diagnosis, and incidents for end users. Recommends and implements corrective solutions. • Installs, configures tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end-user related hardware and software (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in order to meet or exceed published SLA’s; with effective management of the customer relationship during the entire support process.
* Receive and responds to incoming calls, Service Desk tickets, and/or e-mails regarding IT support.
* Communicates, shares problems and resolutions, and works with the IT team in order to effectively deliver IT services. • Installs, configures tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end-user related hardware and software (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in order to meet or exceed published SLA’s; with effective management of the customer relationship during the entire support process.
* Write technical specifications for hardware/software configurations, installations and deployments and updates within the knowledge database.
* Accurately documents instances of desktop equipment or component failure, installation, and removal and update within the knowledge database.
* Maintains regular office hours and reliable attendance.
* Supporting local systems.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Eligible for internship
* Good level of conversational verbally and written English (min. Upper Intermediate) as well as the native language (Spanish).
* Ability to work individually as well as collaborate in a team and with other departments understanding their business needs.
* Technical knowledge of PC desktop hardware and software, including (recent versions) MS Windows, MS Office suites and related applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, Project, etc) and web browsers.
* Technical knowledge mobile devices (smart phones, tablets, etc).
* Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
* Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand and power tools, and to handle other computer components.
* Lifting and transporting of heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals Experience
* Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
* Aid in the support of Microsoft systems including Server OS, Exchange, and the associated applications they support.
* Aid with the inventory process of all computer related hardware
