Security and Health & Safety Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Health & Safety Coordinator to support our UK Security & Health and Safety management in implementing security and health and safety projects, concepts, directives, risk assessments, and strategies across the UK Market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Corporate Security & Health & Safety: Collaborate with Security / Health & Safety Managers, site location management, employees, and other business partners to ensure compliance with directives.
* Identify gaps in compliance through regular visits and work with relevant management to implement compliant solutions.
* Review and/or implement Richemont constructive and technical specifications within Richemont locations and develop a Security and Health & Safety Operational Procedure for each main location.
* Train employees on Security and Health & Safety needs and ensure each location is compliant with local UK legislation and group minimum standards.
Compliance and Audits:
* E nsure compliance with Richemont security & Health and Safety guidelines and directives.
* Implement best practices.
* Conduct regular location visits and assessments and individual assessments for employees when required.
External Suppliers:
* Build relationships and support external suppliers, ensuring compliance with Richemont standards, while also monitoring KPIs and SLA compliance.
* Highlight and identify breaches in Richemont guidelines and work with the UK Security Director to develop and implement a compliance strategy.
* Conduct reviews with security providers to ensure the highest standards are maintained and action plans are developed where necessary.
Events:
* Assist during certain events by carrying out risk assessments and identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation measures.
* Availability for late finishes after events or audits.
* May require occasional weekend working for events.
* Will require to be on call 1 week a month.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years' experience.
* IOSH Health and Safety qualification.
* Creating Risk Assessments.
* Fire awareness skills.
* CCTV skills in terms of investigations.
* Dealing with external vendors.
* IT skills (Microsoft Office especially PPT, etc.).
* Organisation skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work and perform in constantly changing environments.
