Thingthing Ltd. is a 5 years old startup helping users elevate their typing experience on smartphones thanks to the Fleksy keyboard, one of the world's most popular virtual keyboards. The company also serves dozens of small, medium, and large companies worldwide thanks to the powerful Fleksy SDK, which has grown significantly in the past year. The role
We’re looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative who cares deeply about reaching out to companies and generating a strong sales pipeline with Leads. As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of our multidisciplinary team that works on creating strong connections and selling the Fleksy virtual keyboard SDK.
Tasks
1. Research prospective clients and identify key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations.
2. Maintain an average call volume and meaningful connections with decision-makers to qualify target leads and create a pipeline for the sales team.
3. Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for the BD team using Fleksy’s qualification criteria.
4. Increase brand awareness by educating prospects on the uniqueness and value of our solution and the impact on their business.
5. Develop, test, and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
6. Handle objections and use sales techniques to align our solution to an organization’s needs.
7. Meticulously maintain and manage all information in the CRM, ensuring all communication activities are entered into the system and information is always current.
8. Work collaboratively with the BD team to develop and grow the pipeline to meet revenue goals.
9. Provide weekly reports to management on leads and sales activity.
10. Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
11. Help scale the sales organization through operational innovation.
Requirements
1. You have 1+ years of sales and business development in an outbound or BDR role at another high-growth, start-up environment technology company.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. You have experience crafting outbound strategies, measuring results, and optimizing and scaling those efforts.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with an inherent ability to manage multiple parallel processes and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
5. You are a self-starter and excited to build this role from the ground up.
6. You are adaptable and thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations where you can think on your feet.
7. You have strong analytical capabilities complemented by superior written and verbal communication skills.
8. You have a solid understanding of social media tools and vehicles, including LinkedIn, and LinkedIn tools, Twitter, Blogs, and monitoring tools.
9. You are self-aware and continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it, and are excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals.

Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Software.
