Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor is wanted to join our client (BPO Consultancy) team in A Corua.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
* Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Offer guidance and solutions to clients ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
* C2 or fluent in Portugal Portuguese(C1 level) English (B2) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
* Background or experience in IT technologies/products particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server and Microsoft Windows is valuable.
* Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
* Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills for effective resolution of issues.
