Join our client's expanding IAM department and become a driving force behind secure, compliant identity solutions in a dynamic, international environment.Your RoleOversee regulatory and legal requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring alignment with internal policies and external standards.Prepare documentation and participate in internal and external audits, acting as a subject matter expert for IAM to demonstrate regulatory adherence.Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) teams to develop, update, and enforce internal policies and procedures, embedding security controls and compliance best practices.Maintain and continuously update the IAM risk register, identifying key risks and patterns, and ensuring timely escalation to stakeholders.Work with local security and data protection officers to refine security interfaces and support regional compliance reviews.Identify opportunities to automate compliance controls and implement continuous monitoring.
